Rediscovered Treasures

Following an extract in the April issue of BBC Homes and Antiques mag, I bought this yummy book, Rediscovered Treasures by Ellen Dyrop & Hanna Kristindottir, it's fabulous...

and is full of wonderful ideas on how to "repurpose" some of your vintage finds, here are some from the magazine extract:

an old toast rack

vintage glass bowls into domes

doilies and potholders into a cushion cover

If you want fresh inspriation on what to do with your vintage finds, or just love to look at beautiful vintage, this book is for you, x

  2. they do have great ideas, many I'd never have thought of.
I've got a bag full of doilies and crocheted small runners, I'm thinking of putting them together into a tablecloth... xox
